Data in the app

Chizuk does not collect or transmit personal data. It has no account system, advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. The affirmation library is bundled with the app and works offline.

Saved words and settings

Saved affirmations, display preferences, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. They may be included in your Apple device backups, depending on your settings. They are not sent to us or synced by Chizuk. Removing the app removes its local data; backup copies are managed through Apple’s settings.

Notifications and sharing

Reminders are scheduled locally with your permission. You can turn them off in Chizuk or in your device’s notification settings. Sharing opens Apple’s share sheet and sends the affirmation only to the destination you choose. The receiving service’s privacy policy then applies.

Payments

Apple processes app purchases, free trials and subscription payments. Chizuk uses StoreKit on your device to verify subscription status and original paid-app ownership. We do not operate a purchase-verification server or receive your payment card details. Apple may process purchase information under its own privacy policy.

This website and support

This site is hosted by Vercel, which may process standard connection information, including IP addresses and request timestamps, to deliver and secure the website. We do not use website analytics or marketing cookies. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you send, and use it to respond to your request. You can ask us to delete support correspondence.
